• Return Policy. Unused products can be returned in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Products returned thereafter can no longer be considered for refund or exchange nor can PINS be refunded unless specified otherwise. In order to return your reward, please contact the merchant through the contact details displayed in your order confirmation notification to declare return and have your PINS or PINS & cash (only if applicable) refunded. In case of physically damaged products shipped via UPS, FedEx, or other courier services, you may refuse delivery.
